Galle is the main town in the southern part of the island with a railway to Colombo and Matara. In 1988, the city and its fortifications were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Galle is a popular resort for tourists and backpackers.
Our apartment is on the 4th floor of Oceanfront Condos right next to the sea, about 3 km from Galle city. It is 66 square meters and has one bedroom. Enjoy sea views from the living room, bedroom and the large balcony.
The building itself offers a lot of amenities such as their restaurant with super good food. There you can sit outside and look at the sea. There is a basic gym for those who want to exercise and swimming pools for adults and children.

The 5 star hotel next door is called Light house and they have fantastic good food. There are tennis courts that visitors from outside can book and play on for a small fee.
You can choose to do the cleaning yourself or order at the reception and pay directly to them. You can also order your clothes to be washed at the reception.
It is possible to have food from the restaurant delivered to the room. If you would rather cook your own food or buy snacks and drinks, there are several supermarkets around the corner.
You also have your own parking for one car which is included.
